  1. I actually have a couple of ideas of which I think are good, mostly based off of personal experience – but whatever:+).

Idea #1 – Call someone to see how they are doing and remind them that you appreciate all that they have done for you.
Concept behind Idea #1- Often times we only call people when we need something from them or something is wrong.

Idea #2 – Forgive someone – You don’t necessarily have to forget what they did but an email or phone call. NO TEXT MESSAGE – just stating why you were mad, how you felt, and that you forgive them. No need to be best friends again, but helping the other person understand could be huge amounts of closure and turn them hopefully into a better person.

Idea #3 – Find a childhood friend or even a close friend and do something that each of you used to do as kids that made you happy.

  2. I suggest adding a “green” challenge. Maybe something like using a reusable bag instead of a plastic bag, recycling a bottle/can/newspaper that someone else has left behind, unplugging chargers/electronics that you don’t need to have on all of the time. Something nice n’ crunchy along those lines : )

  3. Not an idea for a challenge day, but is there any way you can create a twitter and tweet them each day? a friend just asked me to text/tweet for her over the weekend when she doesn’t have internet access. Thanks!!

    • hug at least 5 persons today..or everyday. Studies show that it’s good for the health!

  4. Some ideas:

    (1) Open or hold the door open for someone
    (2) Take 15 minutes and do somethine for yourself (e.g., exercise, read a book/magazine, call a friend, take a walk)
    (3) Donate any items from your home that you aren’t using (clothing, housewares, etc.)

  5. You are courageous young women and to be praised to create an awareness for the “act of kindness” in a social climate where there is little. MY applause. This effort can brings smiles and happiness to many who have felt little. CONTINUE your good works and thrive on the rewards of your efforts to make our society a functional place to reside. THANK YOU and Thank YOU. You had wonderful mothers.

  6. Before I leave my suggestion, I just want to compliment the creators of this site, fantastic concept and fantastic work.

Challenge yourself to get 8 hours of sleep on a weeknight!

  7. Go and greet your parents in Indian Way…by touching their feets (Charan Sparsh) and tell them why you are doing this and what does this mean….in India….

In India…if you touch some one’s feet (elders …your parents….)Its considered as the highest regard and love…and respect….you showing to them….try this…..it works……

  8. I am an Army Wife, my husband deploys agen in june, it would be nice to have a Challenge such as these to bring postie light to are marriage an the hard ship of him being gone. Many women, will become hermits during this time, an blame the army are others for there poor choices, I think a good Challenge can help keep a positive out look an even help motivate.
    Thank you Katina Hall
