Today’s Challenge is to share ____________________ with someone. Your job is to fill in the blank and let us know what you’ve chosen to share.

Challenges #27 & 28 – July 18th, 19th

This weekend’s Challenges include:

1. Making someone laugh
2. Getting in touch with a childhood friend, or even a more recent friend, and re-create a fun/happy memory between the both of you.

Challenge #26 – July 17th

As we near the end of our 30 days, it is time to take a step back and look at all of the kindness towards yourself and others that you’ve achieved. Today is the day to celebrate YOU. Make today a “Me” day in whatever way you see fit. Spend as much time as you can on making yourself feel good.

Challenge #25 – July 16th

Today we present you with a very different Challenge. We ask that you create and do your own Challenge. We highly welcome you to share your ideas with us. We have no doubt that your challenges will inspire others and help them to come up with their own, as well. We look forward to reading your comments!

Challenge #24 – July 15th

Today’s Challenge is actually “tonight’s” Challenge. We challenge you to get 7-8 hours sleep, or as close to it as you can. Let us know how you feel in the morning!

Challenge #23 – July 14th

Today’s Challenge is to come up with something thoughtful such as a novel, a quote, an article, etc. that reminds you of someone, or is something you feel someone would appreciate, and send it to that person. Tell that person why it made you think of him/her.

Challenge #22 – July 13th

Today’s Challenge is all about you.  Dedicate a good 15 minutes of your day to exercise, whether that’s going for a run or simply doing some leg lifts while sitting at your desk.  You deserve to start the work week feeling great!
